All of our candles are hand poured in Denver Colorado with coconut apricot wax. Our candles provide a clean and non-toxic burn that is paraben and phthalate free. We also take a strong stance against animal cruelty here at Lucid Light so you can guarantee our products are 100% cruelty free. Additionally, we make it our goal to have safer burning candles for homes with pets. As such, our candles do not contain any essential oils which can be toxic to pets. **Due to the nature of coconut apricot wax it is normal to see some wax left over on the sides after the first 1-2 burns. This is normal and as you continue to burn the candle the wax will drip down the sides and catch up.
